About me

Born and raised in Bremen, Germany, my parents infected me with sport at an early age. An injury forced me into physical therapy and so I discovered my passion and later my profession of helping people raising their healthy and sportive goals.

I worked in various rehabilitation centres and sports clubs. Among others for the soccer premier league club Werder Bremen and the Youth German Hockey Team. Also I worked successfully with golf players. 

Before i moved to Munich I worked in Spain, Andalucia as a Health & Wellness Coach  for a big hotel group. For the last 18 years I worked as a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer in Munich.

I have been living in beautiful Denia since September 2025.
