During this intake session, I will assess and coach you on your movement patterns, health status, and body measurements based on your goals. They will create a personalized, custom plan to achieve the results you want.

The biggest uncertainty is often the question of when and how I can return to sport activities after an injury.
Return-to-sports training involves a gradual, phased process of rehabilitation and functional recovery.
Functional tests can be used to control and evaluate the speed of the process.
Do not risk re-injury but trust my expertise.
